- ns1.pipedns.com
- ns2.pipedns.com

Let’s make this clear, this is two different things. If you are beginner and not sure how to manage domain ownership, hopefully this simple article will give you some help.
1. Addon domain name is where you add domain name to your hosting account and host the new website in existing hosting plan and run it as a uniquely separate website. It’s not necessary registered via Justhost, it can be sitting at other domain registrar. What you need is to change the DNS to point to Justhost DNS name server and wait for domain propagation. Later add it to your cPanel account and manage the website from there. This mean your domain stay at existing registrar and the website is hosting with selected web hosting company.
2. Domain transfer is referring to change the registrar from the old registrar to the new winning registrar. The transfer process usually take 7 days to complete, you will need to unlock it from old registrar. Later initiate the transfer and enter the authorization key to approve it. Next, check the email confirmation for domain transfer and confirm it, and wait for the transfer process to be initiated. Once completed, the domain will be move to new winning registrar.
Either you are transferring domain to Justhost or not, you can host your website with them. By the way, their shared hosting account give you free domain name. If you require this Justhost domain transfer service, it is a free service. Note that registrar transfer are free and you can do it from your Justhost control panel and under domain transfer section as screenshot below

We are trying to get set up with Just Host and are having difficulty getting the EPP Code from Choice Host. We have contacted them by email and were unsuccessful with trying the 1 -877 number. Can you help us get this domain name transfered over? I cannot change the nameservers as they seem to be protected.

hi Peg, pls contact the just host support directly for technical help.
For domain EPP code, you will require to login to domain control panel where you registered the domain name. Not cpanel, but the domain control panel.

“To receive your code please email billing@justhost.com and state your request. A domain cannot be unblocked or transferred to another registrar within 60 days of registration so you must wait until the domain is over 60 days old before you email us. Giving you this type of access means that we will not renew your domain for you, you must transfer it to your own registrar before its renew date. You can email billing@justhost.com for Enom access.”
hi Benjamin,
you have to contact justhost billing depart for the domain transfer & refund request.

Hi. My employer has registered their domain with fasthosts.co.uk. But I plan to host the website here at justhost. I know the easiest thing for them is to point their domain’s nameservers to the ones here. But what exactly are those IPs? I’ve seen several different ones floating around between the FAQ and user comments. Should they just phone up fasthosts tech-support to have it done? It’s a laborious process for to explain to them how they should do it.
Thanks,
Mickey

its only necessary to enter the DNS, not the IPs.
