Just host email protection are now offering with spam assassin. Spam assassin are the only email filtering program provided in just host cpanel, and there is no boxtrapper provided. From our others cpanel hosting plan, we had notice that boxtrapper program had been removed from cpanel, reason is unsure. Commonly spam mail can be identify via the email header title and content, and very common they are using spam keywords or promotion keywords. The incoming email will be checked with spam assassin database, and any spam mail identified will be filter out.
