When you found your website is virus infected, the first thing to do surely is to contact technical support to look into it and help clean the server right? It would be great if the support team would assist on this, and further prevent the same problem occurring again in future.

One of our website has been infected with virus several times, with virus injecting HTML codes to website files and loading the virus whenever the webpage load. We have the website clean several times, but the virus keeps returning after few days. Yup, something wrong with the server we doubt.
