When you found your website is virus infected, the first thing to do surely is to contact technical support to look into it and help clean the server right? It would be great if the support team would assist on this, and further prevent the same problem occurring again in future.
Our justhost review site had been infected with virus several times, with virus injecting html codes to website files and loading the virus whenever the webpage load. We have the website clean several times, but the virus keep returning after few days. Yup, something wrong with the server we doubt.

The justhost support that we live chat with isn’t helping either. The conversation is as following.

Lind—: or using ftp programMe: i cant find the virus scan tool from cpanel. where is it located?
Me: i got the web files all deleted clean, and reupload to server with the wordpress blog files. Everything was ok, after another day, the virus return. could it be server infected?Lind—: The location comes with the details provided with scan result“

justhost hosting is not bad, support is good too.

the issue with me ! exactly the same ! 5 times in just 2 weeks !
justhost sucks ! don’t use this hosting service !
